 Performance Manager

Role Overview:

As the Performance Manager at Greenwheels, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our driver fleet. Your primary focus will be on monitoring key performance metrics, such as required online hours, trip acceptance and rejection rates, and other performance indicators to drive revenue growth. Through data analysis, strategic planning, and collaboration with various teams, you will contribute to the overall success of our electric mobility solutions company.

Key Responsibilities:

Driver Performance Monitoring:

  • Implement systems to monitor and analyze driver performance metrics, including required online hours, trip acceptance and rejection rates, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify trends and areas for improvement in driver performance.

Revenue Optimization:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase driver efficiency and productivity, leading to enhanced revenue generation.
  • Analyze data to identify revenue growth opportunities and recommend actionable insights.

Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs):

  • Collaborate with drivers experiencing performance challenges to develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Provide coaching, resources, and support to help drivers improve their performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to generate reports on driver performance, highlighting trends, areas of improvement, and success stories.
  • Present performance reports to key stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the dispatch, training, and maintenance teams to ensure a holistic approach to performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to leverage data-driven solutions for performance improvement.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs based on performance data and collaborate with the training team to develop targeted programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions for drivers focused on improving key performance metrics.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on performance analysis, industry trends, and driver feedback.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices to enhance performance management strategies.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in performance management, preferably in a transportation or logistics environment.
  3. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proficiency in data analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Knowledge of the transportation industry and familiarity with electric mobility solutions is advantageous.
