Job Description

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our solar PV projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solar installations that meet client needs and comply with safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee solar PV projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • Coordinate technical, procurement, and site teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Supervise contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely completion.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and relevant industry standards.
  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and handle project documentation.

Required skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in solar PV project management. PMP or relevant solar certification is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
