Job Description
We are seeking a Part-Time Social Media Content Lead. This hybrid position is based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some flexibility for remote work. You will lead the planning, creation, and editing of engaging content, co-lead shoots, and manage our content calendar to ensure our online presence is visually consistent, on-trend, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and edit high-quality content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms (Reels, Stories, posts, videos).
- Co-lead and support video/photo shoots, ensuring brand aesthetic consistency.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar.
- Write compelling captions and copy that align with our brand voice.
- Edit videos (Premiere Pro, CapCut) and create graphics (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Stay ahead of social media trends and execute viral content formats.
- Ensure visual planning and mood consistency across platforms.
