Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, stockists, wholesalers, and retail outlets
  • Oversee and monitor performance of field sales representatives and merchandisers in the region Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform sale strategy
  • Coordinate product promotions, in-store visibility, and market activations
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, forecasts, and regional feedback Ensure proper execution of pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns in trade
  • Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure timely reorders
