Job Description
- Supervise Daily Operations:
- Oversee the daily activities of restaurant staff, ensuring that service standards are met.
- Ensure that food preparation, presentation, and service meet company quality standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels.
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist guests to ensure they have an enjoyable dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper table settings, cleanliness, and ambiance.
- Staff Supervision and Training:
- Supervise, motivate, and manage the restaurant team to maintain a high level of performance.
- Train new staff on company standards, safety procedures, and customer service.
- Schedule shifts and manage labor costs.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, including food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant area.
- Monitor staff for compliance with food handling and hygiene protocols.
- Administrative Duties:
- Assist in managing restaurant finances, including handling cash, credit transactions, and ensuring accurate daily reports.
- Assist with ordering supplies and managing inventory control.
- Problem Solving:
- Resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations with a calm and professional approach.
- Take necessary actions in the absence of the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations.
