Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Conduct professional software demonstrations and presentations.
- Train customers on the effective use of POS and ERP software.
- Support software implementation, onboarding, and user adoption.
- Assist clients with system setup and provide first-level user support.
- Visit customer premises for software installation support, training, and after-sales service.
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up until sales are successfully closed.
- Promote the company’s software products and services while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally during customer visits, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Sales & Marketing
- Marketing
- Business Management
- Entrepreneurship
- Commerce
- Economics
- Banking & Finance
- Procurement & Supply Chain Management
- Statistics
- Or any other related business discipline
