Role Description

  • The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ruiru.
  • This position involves identifying and engaging prospective customers, B2B customer management, presenting product features and benefits, and closing sales for car accessories and safety solutions.
  • The Sales Specialist will manage customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide product demonstrations and basic training to clients on proper use of installed solutions.
  • The role also includes preparing sales reports, tracking performance against targets, coordinating with installation and customer service teams, and supporting promotional activities to grow market share.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging clients and addressing inquiries effectively.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, and support achievement of sales targets.
  • Candidates should possess Training skills to guide customers on product features, usage, and safety standards.
  • Relevant experience in automotive accessories, technology solutions, or safety equipment sales is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ruiru, meet deadlines, and manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.
  • Basic proficiency in office software and reporting tools; diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
