Job Summary

GardaWorld Security is recruiting both male and female Security Officers for deployment in the Nairobi region and other parts of Kenya.
The main responsibility is to ensure the protection and safety of lives and property.

Recruitment Venue

  • Date: Wednesday, 13th May 2026
  • Venue: GardaWorld Security Training Centre, Ngong Racecourse
  • Time: Starting at 0700 hours

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum age: 24 years
  • Maximum age: 35 years
  • Height requirement:
    • Men: 5 ft 10 in and above
    • Women: 5 ft 8 in and above
  • Must be literate and able to read, write, and communicate fluently in both English and Kiswahili
  • Minimum education level: KCSE mean grade of D+ or higher
  • Must be physically, mentally, and medically fit
  • Good eyesight is required
  • Must have no criminal record

Required Documents

Candidates must bring the following during recruitment:

  • Handwritten application letter addressed to the Human Resource Manager
  • Contacts of 3 referees (written letters, contacts, and photocopies of their IDs)
  • Original KCSE and School Leaving Certificates
  • Introduction letter from the local Chief as per details in National ID
  • Original National ID Card or Kenyan Passport
  • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
  • Reference letters from former employers

How to Apply

Interested candidates who meet the requirements should report to the venue on 13th May 2026 by 0700 hours.

Successful candidates will begin training at the GardaWorld Security Training Centre on Monday, 18th May 2026.
