Tax Officer
Nature of job – full time basis
Age Requirement -25-35 years
Job Location – Kisumu-miwani
KEDA CREAMICS INTERNATIONAL LTD (KISUMU) is seeking to recruit a tax officer with the following qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tax declaration, dealing with tax related work
- register VAT input tax
- registration of withholding tax
- Submit VAT input tax and output
- filling withholding tax
- verify and deal with tax related queries in the department
- any other duties assigned by the department manager
EDUCATION AND WORK QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in finance/accounting ,advanced diploma in tax administration
- More than 3 years experience in tax administration and audit work with knowledge of Kenyan tax law and practices
KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- Proficient with Kenyan tax laws and practices
- good decision making skills and analytical skills
- high level of integrity and professionalism
- self motivated and able to motivate team
