The following are the duties you’ll be responsible for:

• Call monitoring to ensure agents are interacting with customers in accordance to company guidelines while solving the client’s needs
• Agent engagement through conducting training, coaching and mentorship programs so agents fully understand the QA metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of QA documents and distribution to call center agents.
• Conducting call audits to determine areas of improvement and monitoring agents performance as per the QA metrics.
• Conduct comprehensive deep-checks analyses on evaluated sales interactions to uncover recurring performance gaps, identify coaching opportunities, and generate insights that drive continuous quality and sales improvement.
• Plan and schedule QA training,one on one coaching and calibration sessions.
• Assess agents monthly performance by working closely under the supervision of the QA manager.
• Improving overall call center efficiency through constant improvement of agent’s behaviors, sales performance and customer experience through training.
• Compliance monitoring ranging from agents’ communication skills, following scripts, problem-solving ability, sales skills and ensuring customer retention.
• Attend and actively participate in QA meetings.
• Provide weekly reports to the QA Manager on calls audits and recommendations on areas of improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

Role Overview.

The Assistant Quality Assurance   – (Compliance & Quality Assurance) will be responsible for the execution, monitoring, and verification of all food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance systems within the fresh vegetable packhouse. This role will have a concentrated focus on ensuring the facility’s daily operations adhere to internal specifications and external certification standards (e.g., Global G.A.P., BRC, HACCP, FSSC, Social and Environmental Systems.

Key Responsibilities.

• Perform defined analytical and sensory quality checks at critical control point, inbound raw material inspection, processing/packing line checks, and finished pallet audits.
• Calibrate and maintain all quality control equipment according to schedule and maintain calibration records.
• Collect and prepare representative samples for third-party laboratory testing (pesticide residues, microbiological analysis) as per the sampling plan and customer requirements.
• Monitor and record critical control parameters, including cold chain management and water quality,
• Maintain the master list of controlled documents (SOPs, Forms, Work Instructions). Issue, archive, and control revisions of all quality records.
• Ensure all production and quality records (harvest information, field tickets, packing logs, sanitation records, pest control reports, shipment details) are completed accurately, filed systematically, and are readily retrievable for traceability exercises.
• Promote a culture of food safety and quality on the packing floor through daily engagement and reinforcement of standards.
• Conduct internal Compliance audits and GMP inspections against the relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and certification bodies’ checklists (BRC, GlobalG.A.P, FSSC)
• Lead the preparation for all external audits, including compiling evidence, organizing documentation, and facilitating auditor walk-throughs. Act as a primary point of contact during audits.
• Maintain the facility’s certification and audit calendar, ensuring all surveillance and renewal audits are scheduled and prepared for.
• Verify and document the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) arising from internal and external audits.
• Assist in developing and delivering targeted training modules on GMPs, hygiene, allergen control, and quality specifications to production staff.
• Maintain the facility’s training records, ensuring all personnel certifications (food handler, HACCP) are current.
• Initiate and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any breach of quality or food safety standards.
• Lead initial investigations into minor quality complaints or deviations, gathering data and reporting findings to the QA Supervisor.
• Support supplier quality management by documenting and reporting non-conformances related to incoming raw materials (field bins, packaging).

§ Keeping and maintaining proper and accurate records of all commodities taken as collateral for lending to clients under the Structured Trade Finance portfolio.

§ Processing of client product release requests including checking the documentation and preparation of release orders.

§ Reconciliation of records relating to commodities held under collateral management against balances and scheduled reports from collateral managers.

§ Prepare and implement Stock Monitoring or Collateral Management Agreements as outlined in the Facility Agreements to ensure the Bank’s security is monitored and still valuable.

§ Support the day-to-day operational activities of trade finance and ensure transactions are processed promptly and accurately and within policy guidelines

§ Processing of incoming and outgoing enquiries, instructions, physical documents with clients to fulfil the Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards agreed with internal and external stakeholders.

§ Act as control point to ensure all bank and regulatory requirements are fulfilled Pre- and post-transaction monitoring.
