Job Description

As a waiter at Baraza Café, you’ll be the face of our establishment, providing attentive and friendly service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests and guiding them through the menu with your knowledge of our offerings.
  • Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring each guest receives their desired meal or beverage promptly.
  • Anticipating the needs of guests and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintaining high standards of presentation.
  • Attending to any special requests or dietary requirements with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Keeping the dining area clean and organized, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere for our patrons.
  • Making sur payment and invoicing are prom ply issued
  • Participation in menu development and improvements
  • Any other duty assigned by the supervisor

Required skills

Certificate in Catering in catering with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy Restaurant (Wait Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
