  • Overseeing the performance of wait staff, providing guidance and support to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our service standards and promote a positive work environment.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with management to restock supplies as needed.
  • Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with tact and diplomacy, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties.
  • Supervising payment handling procedures and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with management to implement new initiatives aimed at improving service quality and profitability.
  • Participation in menu development and improvements
  • Any other duty assigned by the manager.
