Job Description

The job holder is responsible for the overall design and management of all the enterprise development projects of the KCB Foundation. These include 2jiajiri and Mifugo ni Mali Projects. Enterprise Development supports enterprise and employment for job seekers, entrepreneurs and MSMEs in the countries the KCB Group works in. Currently these include 2jiajiri projects in KCBG subsidiaries (Igere Rwanda, 2jiajiri Kenya and Tanzania, Twekozese Uganda, Iteze Imbere Burundi), and the Livestock project (Mifugo ni Mali) project in Kenya.

Required skills

At least 6 years’ experience in small business development. Bachelor’s degree in Any business-related field Master's degree is an added advantage. Professional Qualifications Project Management/Enterprise Development
