Job Description

Reporting to the KCB Foundation’s Head of Programs, the Senior Program Manager Education shall be responsible for the overall development and management of the KCB Scholars’ Program (the “Program”) strategy and execution of all Program activities across three Program clusters of high school scholarship, apprenticeship, and university scholarship.

Required skills

5 years in Community mobilization & stakeholder engagemen 6 years education program / scholarship management Bachelor’s degree in education/Community Development/Strategic Management/Related Field Master's degree is an added advantage. Professional Qualifications Credit Certifications/Relationship Management or related field is desire
