Job Description

TBC Group, a fast-growing conglomerate in Nairobi, is seeking an intern to work in Admin Assitant position. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for handling the company’s financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial
records, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, payments, and receipts.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
    • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
    • Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries.
    • Handle tax filings and ensure timely compliance with tax obligations.
    • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure efficient cash flow.
    • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies when required.
    • Maintain financial records in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
    • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
  •    Oversee all company projects and ensure they operate effectively

 

 

Required skills

A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills. Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the real estate industry. Proficiency in ERP, accounting software and MS Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
