Job Description
One Stop Property Management Ltd, a growing real estate company based in Nairobi, is seeking a
dedicated intern to work as Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential and
commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient
management, maintenance, and financial performance of our portfolio of properties while delivering
excellent customer service to tenants and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring proper maintenance and
upkeep.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and service providers, handling inquiries,
complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly
and efficiently.
• Ensure all lease agreements are signed, renewed, and adhered to by tenants.
• Collect rent payments, manage arrears, and ensure timely payment of property-related bills
and fees.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the properties meet quality and safety
standards.
• Develop and manage budgets for property maintenance and improvements.
• Prepare financial reports and provide recommendations for improving property
performance.
• Work closely with external vendors and contractors to ensure services are delivered
according to company standards.
• Market vacant properties and assist in the leasing process, including showing properties to
prospective tenants.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, laws, and property management best practices.
