Job Description
NB: Having a DRIVING LICENCE will be an added advantage.
Tax Preparation and Filing: Preparing and submitting personal tax returns while ensuring compliance with tax laws.
Tax Planning: Identifying tax-saving opportunities, such as tax reliefs and deductions, to minimize liabilities.
Financial Recording and Bookkeeping: Meticulously recording daily financial transactions, including income and expenses, to maintain accurate records.
Bank Reconciliation: Comparing personal bank statements with personal records to ensure accuracy of cash records.
Budgeting and Financial Planning: Offering guidance on budgeting, investment planning, and retirement planning.
Handling Audits: Assisting with KRA (or relevant local tax authority) enquiries and audits, providing representation and documentation.
Logistical & Administrative Efficiency)
- A personal assistant, specifically a private PA, supports an individual’s personal life and day-to-day operations to maximize their time.
