Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Marketing Strategy
  • CIM, MBA, or other professional marketing qualifications are an added advantage
  • 5-8 years of FMCG marketing experience, including at least 3 years in Brand or Category Management
  • Experience in the Hygiene, Beverages, or Food & Snacks sectors is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of traditional and modern trade channels and trade marketing
  • Proven experience developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and commercial decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy, portfolio management, BI tools, digital marketing platforms, and SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
  • Lead brand positioning and deliver ATL, BTL, digital, and trade marketing campaigns
  • Drive in-store activations and collaborate with Sales and RTM teams to improve product visibility and market performance Support new product launches and portfolio development through cross-functional collaboration
  • Monitor category performance, market share, pricing, promotions, and marketing ROI
  • Prepare business reviews and leverage consumer insights to drive continuous improvement
