Job Description
Valentori Group is seeking 3 Junior Construction Project Managers to support the supervision, coordination and execution of ongoing construction, renovation and interior fit-out projects across Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day supervision and coordination of project sites.
- Monitor workmanship, quality, safety and site cleanliness.
- Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, suppliers and site activities.
- Track project progress, materials, labour and site requirements.
- Prepare regular site progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Identify delays, quality issues and material requirements and escalate them promptly.
- Support procurement planning and ensure materials are available when required.
- Take measurements and assist with project schedules, cutting lists and site documentation.
- Use Zoho Projects and other company systems for project tracking and reporting.
- Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, timelines and company standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant construction/site experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
- Good communication, reporting and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work across different project locations in Kenya.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability and problem-solving ability.
