Administration Assistant

Organization: Nairobi City County Assembly

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collecting, collating, and compiling data.
  • Receiving, recording, folioing, and filing documents.
  • Indexing documents and records.
  • Maintaining and updating files.
  • Photocopying and scanning documents.
  • Keeping safe custody of equipment documents and records.
  • Carrying out tasks specific to their area of deployment.

Requirements for Appointment:

  • Certificate in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Information Communication Technology, Accounts, Supply Chain Management, or any other equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade C- (Minus) or any other equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in computer application skills.
