Administrative Assistant

Organization: Technical University of Mombasa

Location: Kenya

Professional Requirements:

Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
Must provide evidence of computer literacy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of administrative functions.
Perform administrative operational duties in specific areas of assignment.
Prepare reports and records as may be required.
Take minutes in various University committees.
Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
