In this capacity, analysts play a supportive role in OCA projects and are placed within our clients’ environments for rotating periods of 3-6 months. These immersive placements provide a rapid accumulation of diverse experiences, involving collaboration with senior-level clients and management within our team. This dynamic environment presents unparalleled opportunities for personal and professional development. Commencing with an intensive training program focused on cultivating strategic and financial skills, analysts benefit from a combination of hands-on coaching and real-world experiences, laying the groundwork for assuming increasing responsibilities over time. Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Analysis of new business opportunities.
  2. Development and management of new systems, including oversight of client budgeting.
  3. Execution of market research, creation of financial models, and preparation of client presentations.
  4. Generation of insightful analysis and problem-solving through organizational and analytical tasks.

Academic Qualifications/Skills and Experience

  1. Minimum of a second-class degree from an accredited university.
  2. Graduation years of 2021, 2022, or 2023.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word.
  4. Strong attention to detail and a thirst for learning.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with analytical abilities.
  6. Capability to multitask and accomplish objectives.
  7. Effective teamwork skills.
  8. Strong academic performance in any discipline, with a clear business understanding.
  9. Eagerness to learn and grow while gaining exposure to various industries and business challenges.
  10. Fluency in English is mandatory.
  11. Kenyan nationality or valid work authorization is required.
  12. Enthusiasm for solving challenging strategic and financial questions.
