Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate entire restaurant (BOH &FOH) for customer satisfaction.
  2. Drive sales and profitability by upholding controls and procedures.
  3. Enforce product quality through spot checks and supervision.
  4. responsible for occupational health & safety act,fire regulations and other legal requirements.
  5. Assist in staff training and operating standards & positive work environment.
  6. Constantly monitor service speed and guest satisfaction during service times

Required skills

A good understanding of administration work Computer literacy (MS. WORD/EXCEL) Dip;oma in hospitality related course Experiance with restaurant ERP systems(POS/GAP) Food production related coursse will be a plus
