Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and client acquisition.
  • Develop and implement market penetration strategies.
  • Build and maintain strategic client and partner relationships.
  • Lead proposal development, bids, and contract negotiations.
  • Support branding, marketing, and market visibility initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare business development and performance reports.
  • Support innovation and solution development initiatives.

We are recruiting for the following positions:

Business Development Manager – Safety in Engineering

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
  • Professional certifications/training in OSH required.
  • Training in Sales/Marketing/Business Development is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity.
  • Experience in safety solutions, safety equipment, or engineering safety systems is highly desirable.

Key Competencies

  • Knowledge of engineering safety standards and compliance environments.
  • Strong technical-commercial understanding.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.

Business Development Manager – Engineering & Emerging Technologies

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control, Industrial Automation, or related field.
  • Certifications/training in innovation, AI, automation, or emerging technologies are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development or technology solutions, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity.
  • Exposure to engineering technologies, automation, AI, or technical consulting is preferred.

Business Development Manager – Engineering Talent & Managed Services

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional HR or outsourcing certifications are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, recruitment, outsourcing, or managed services, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity.
  • Experience in HR consultancy or workforce solutions in a technology firm preferred.

  • Strong networking and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Business Development Manager – ICT & Digital Transformation

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, Business Information Technology  or related field.
  • Certifications in AI and Machine learning, cybersecurity, digital transformation, or related ICT fields are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT sales or technology solutions, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity.
  • Experience in AI and Machine learning, cybersecurity, digital transformation, or telecoms, preferred.
