Job Description

Overview 

  • Executive role and member of the Executive Committee
  • Responsible for driving operational excellence across BSL Kenya
  • Defines and enforces strategic operational frameworks to achieve long-term business targets

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all school campuses
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and policies
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with education standards
  • Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation
  • Coordinate across departments (academics, administration, finance, HR)
  • Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support strategic planning and institutional growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Master’s degree (MBA) is highly preferred
  • At least 8–10 years of senior management experience
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Experience in education or multi-branch operations is an added advantage
