Job Description

Qualifications for Appointment:

  • Academic and Professional: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines, Master’s degree or equivalent, and membership in a relevant professional body.
  • Experience: Thorough knowledge of the educational framework, at least five years of senior-level industry experience, and expertise in leadership, management, financial management, and strategic people management.
  • Competencies and Skills: Positive national image, visionary thinking, organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and transparent management style.
  • Duties and Responsibilities: Coordination of support services, resource mobilization, enhancing synergies, capacity building, alumni relations, committee chair responsibilities, and other duties assigned by the Vice Chancellor.

a) Ability to portray and uphold positive national image and work in a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environment
with sensitivity to and respect for diversity;

b) Being a visionary and result oriented thinker;
c) Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
