Job Description

Qualifications for Appointment:

  • Academic and Professional: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines, Master’s degree or equivalent, and membership in a relevant professional body.
  • Experience: Thorough knowledge of the educational framework, at least five years of senior-level industry experience, and expertise in leadership, management, financial management, and strategic people management.
  • Competencies and Skills: Positive national image, visionary thinking, organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and transparent management style.
  • Duties and Responsibilities: Coordination of support services, resource mobilization, enhancing synergies, capacity building, alumni relations, committee chair responsibilities, and other duties assigned by the Vice Chancellor.
