 Corporate Sales Specialist

Job Purpose:

Responsible for formulating strategies to promote and sell our services, the Corporate Sales Specialist serves as an intermediary between companies and clients. The role involves recommending products and services while ensuring client requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate new business development for strategic penetration, targeting medium to large-sized accounts to achieve individual revenue targets.
  • Maintain a pipeline three times the set monthly sales target.
  • Timely update the Sales CRM and report revenues achieved against the monthly target.
  • Provide quarterly competitor market intelligence reporting for customizing BTM Solutions proposals.
  • Call on mid to senior-level executives and other representatives to generate product, program, and consulting sales.
  • Diagnose and assess client needs, prescribing, designing, and implementing strategic interventions using existing BTM guidelines.
  • Present and provide individual client consultations in the context of the overall intervention strategy.
  • Write and oversee effective business proposals, consistently closing business within BTM guidelines.
  • Design custom programs and tailored standard programs to meet individual client needs.
  • Design account strategy and business development to develop new and existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute the company’s sales plan to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
  • Monitor and participate in marketing opportunities, following pre and post-marketing processes (CRM ownership, new lead assignment, etc.).
  • Liaise with advertising and media agencies regarding advertising.
  • Participate and contribute to HR management forums, associations, career fairs, and relevant company events to attract clients and potential candidates.
  • Thoroughly understand and execute agreed KPIs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in an HR firm.
  • Business development skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary: 40-50K GROSS
