Ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty
Overall Purpose:
The job holder is responsible for maintaining a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and preserving customer loyalty by providing appropriate resolutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Document Processing:
- Process customer invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Customer Communication:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries or concerns.
- Complaint Resolution:
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently.
- Performance Goals:
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
- Information Accuracy:
- Stay current with company and industry-related information to provide accurate information to customers.
- Issue Escalation:
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to a supervisor or manager when necessary.
- Follow-up:
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs were met satisfactorily.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in a similar role, preferably handling Home Appliances.
- Diploma in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Preferably possess good computer skills.
- Considerable knowledge in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
