Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Review and score AI-generated responses across a wide variety of topics
  • Suggest improvements and corrections using natural language examples
  • Evaluate model outputs through A/B testing, ranking, scoring, and annotation
  • Flag content with safety concerns (e.g., toxicity, hallucinations, or policy violations)
  • Comprehensive training will be provided.

Required skills

Available to work 10+ hours per week Native-level fluency in Swahili Proficient English reading and writing skills Reliable high-speed internet connection Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
