Job Description
- KSPCA is seeking a detail-oriented procurement assistant to provide administrative support to our Administration department.
- The role involves supporting the Administration department with procurement and inventory processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You’ll assist in purchasing materials, managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proper documentation from suppliers. You’ll also help prepare local purchase orders, track stock levels across departments using the shelter manager system, and ensure the store is well-organised for accessibility and safety.
- We’re looking for someone with a diploma or degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with some prior experience in a similar administrative or procurement role.
- We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software. You should be trustworthy, well-structured in your work, and able to handle confidential information with care.
