Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

Content Creation and Management

  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of digital content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure timely publication and content updates.

Performance Management and Development

  • Complete professional development activities and apply new knowledge to improve content creation and management.
  • Meet performance standards as outlined in the company’s KPI document.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance overall service delivery.

Research and Analysis

  • Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform and refine content strategies.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and prepare reports that track the effectiveness of content initiatives.

Social Media Management

  • Support the management and engagement of the company’s social media channels, ensuring consistent brand presence.
  • Monitor social media conversations and trends to inform content strategies and improve audience engagement.
  • Assist in developing social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.

SEO and Digital Marketing

  • Learn and apply basic SEO techniques to improve content visibility and ranking on search engines.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support email marketing, paid advertising, and other digital marketing efforts.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic design, IT, and customer service, to ensure cohesive content delivery across platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas and strategies.

Industry Awareness and Innovation

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain best practices in digital content.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of digital content trends and advancements to drive innovative content strategies.

Any other responsibilities as outlined by your Supervisor and Management

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in digital content creation, with a strong focus on videography
  • Proven ability to shoot and edit engaging short-form video content
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube, X and content trends
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing data accuracy
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience E-commerce and Logistics industries.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush or similar tools
