Job Description

  • Own and managecontent calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Plan and shoot in-store and product content — photos, reels, stories, and UGC-style videos
  • Engage the community — respond to comments, DMs, and build genuine audience relationships
  • Identify and onboard UGC creators and micro-influencers for brand collaborations
  • Track and report weekly on content performance — reach, engagement, saves, and conversions
  • Support in-store activations and events with live coverage and content capture
  • Stay current on beauty trends, Kenyan social culture, and platform algorithm changes
