Job Description

INTERN –HUMAN RESOURCE & MANAGEMENT – 1 POSITION
Internship Period: 1 year (non-renewable)

Reporting to the Deputy Director Human Resource and Administration, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Administering leave management processes, including tracking balances and providing reports;
  • Preparation of employment contracts;
  • Assisting in the coordination and management of internship programmes in line with the stipulated guidelines and policies;
  • Coordinating training logistics including budgeting, travel, documentation, and related administrative support; and
  • Maintaining staff training records, reports, and evaluation feedback to inform continuous improvement in training programmes.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Relations or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
