Job Description

Key duties & responsibilities

The intern will support the following activities:
Extract relevant climate data and soil properties for running the DSSAT perennial forage model.
Collate spatially explicit data on below- and above-ground carbon stocks in dryland.
Support the upgrade and maintenance of https://targetingtools.ciat.cgiar.org/ eSQeVGs BIpnb
Support any mapping tasks as required by team members within the tropical forages program.

Required skills

​ Proficiency in English, additional language skills considered beneficial. Experience in GIS mapping. MSc degree in Remote Sensing and Geographical Information Systems Mapping or related fields
