Job Description

a) Duties and Responsibilities

 

(i) Participating in designing the Internal Audit process for the Fund;

(ii) Coordinating in the preparation of the annual risk plan by analyzing key activities and processes in various department and prepare a summary of the auditable areas/audit centers for all the departments;

(iii) Coordinating and supervising the execution of all audit assignments under the department and reports;

(iv) Reviewing the adequacy of the audit client responses to the audit findings;

(v) Conducting exit meetings and leading discussions on the findings, risk exposures and recommendations;

(vi) Reviewing final audit report, incorporating any revisions resulting from the exit meeting discussions; and

(vii) Conducting ad-hoc/special investigations and reviewing arising from routine audits and/or as requested by management.

Required skills

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized Professional qualification such as CIA, CISA, ACCA, CPA (K), CRMA, PRM or equivalent from a recogniz Proficiency in computer applications; Served for cumulative service period of nine (9) years, three (3) of which must be at the Grade of
