Job Description
It is anticipated that the programme will include the following components:
Strengthening institutional for health service delivery towards achieving UHC
Improving utilization of quality health services at primary care level
Project management and evaluation

Position
The Team Leader will provide inspirational, strategic, technical, and managerial oversight of the Quality of Care programme. They will need to be a strong, proactive leader, and have the ability to engage and build strong collaboration across a large team of experienced technical staff. The Team Leader will lead the delivery of TA for Quality Improvement, health financing and health commodity security.
