Field Supervisor

Company: Trendy Forbes Ltd

Location: Nairobi Metropolitan Area

Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 KES per month

Job Description:

Trendy Forbes Ltd, a leading provider of cleaning, landscaping, and pest control services, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Field Supervisor. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating field operations to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. This position is based in the Nairobi Metropolitan Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate field activities related to cleaning, landscaping, and pest control services.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and service protocols.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to monitor work progress and quality.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to field teams for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to address client needs and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of field operations and report regularly to the management.

Qualifications:

  • 2yrs experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning, landscaping, or pest control industry.
  • education level form 4
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
