Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Officer located in Mwatate, Taita Taveta County. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR functions, developing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. Daily tasks include job description development, handling HR-related queries, conducting interviews, and overseeing the recruitment process. The officer will also manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. The incumbent will be reporting to the Human Resource Manager and will be entrusted with the role of advising Management on Human Resource matters.
