Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate valuation assignments for companies, projects, and financial assets.
• Conduct financial analysis, business modeling, and valuation using methods such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions.
• Provide advisory services on mergers and acquisitions, investments, restructuring, and financial strategy.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports and present findings to clients and senior management.
• Support clients in investment decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Supervise and mentor analysts and junior team members involved in valuation projects.
• Review financial statements, forecasts, and market data to ensure accurate valuation outcomes.
• Engage with clients, investors, and stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to expanding advisory services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or progress toward these qualifications are an added advantage.
• Several years of experience in corporate finance, valuation, investment banking, advisory, or financial consulting.
• Strong knowledge of valuation techniques, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
