Reporting to the Consumer Research Manager, the role holder will play a key role in managing the process of providing cutting edge product, market, and competitor analysis; lead product, concept and customer value propositions research for business potential and pilot, test and incubate before scaling; lead design thinking workshops on customer value proposition development and ensure that competitor analysis insights are entrenched widely within the organization.
