• a valid driving license free from any current endorsement(s) for class(es) of vehicle(s) an officer is required to drive;

Duties and Responsibilities

• driving the vehicle as authorized;

• Coordinate with internal teams at Peach and external service providers to ensure that vehicles are fueled, washed, and detailed according to Peach standards.
• Work with the team to ensure that vehicles taken out of the lot are returned in the same condition.
• Maintain accurate records of KD plate usage by the inspection and sales teams, ensuring they are stored securely.
• Support the Senior Fleet Associate in keeping up-to-date records of vehicles on the lot, fuel usage, and other relevant trackers.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure all cars are in optimal condition and ready for handovers.

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly transport duties.
• Logistics – Deliveries of aircraft materials between stores, workshops, production areas, and collecting technical materials from suppliers (Clinic, KEBs) and other pickups and deliveries as assigned.
• Drive KQ vehicles, and or equipment as shall be assigned by the Supervisor in a safe and economical manner in conjunction with the regulations in place.
• The Logistic Assistant is responsible for the routine check-up of the vehicles, routine check-up to include but not limited to oil, brake function, water, lights & tire condition, windshield wipers, etc.
• Confirm availability of vehicle tools and equipment’s before, during and after work.
• The Logistic Assistant shall always maintain assigned vehicles clean and in good condition, properly for the convenience of the Organizations’ operations.
• The Logistic Assistant shall always stop the engine and electric power of assigned vehicles to save consumption of fuels and the general vehicle engine performance.
• He/she shall ensure compliance with the given directives.
• The Logistic Assistant shall handover the assigned vehicles by doing a comprehensive handover report at end of shift.

Key Functions and Results

1. DRIVING SERVICES AND VEHICLE MAINTENANCE: The Driver / Clerk a. Maintenance of the office filing system in accordance with the IFAD Record Management System. ii. Opening of new subject files as required and disposal of old files in accordance with the established retention schedule. iii. Maintenance of archives, making sure files are properly stored and accessible; safe keeping of documents. iv. Provision of photocopies and document scanning of material from the registry files, as requested by staff. Assistance in the collection of reference and background material. v.
